We have developed different teams for the leadership of BD_Collective since its inception in 2019. We started with the original Steering Group of 9 founders and then moved to 2 teams; Steering Group (made up of network leaders) and the Design Team (for strategic direction).
The leadership teams met recently and we have agreed for the final 18 months of the current contract, that we will come back to one team who will not only ensure our current activities are in line with the vision and purpose of BD_Collective (see attached) but also consider the future.
