About:

Our organization works with young people to empower them to reach their full potential. Working in LBBD and other local authorities and in the youth justice system, schools , and alongside CIN & social care to have an impact on the next generation. We run classes, critical incident response programs mentoring, workshops, respite services & Appropriate Adult Services.

In LBBD we work alongside and collaborate with our LBBD schools and organizations such as ABPHAB and we do workshops for Peer support groups & Flipside around emotional well-being including sessions for young people to have a safe space and open a dialogue on all the issues young people which may range from low confidence to other various needs we also tackle the difficult fight of our young people are facing from the dangers of gang life and choices that lead young people into prison and a future of hardship to a wide range of topics. We run 6 - 8 week programs or bespoke sessions aiming to promote their confidence and help them adopt higher self-esteem taking the right steps to fulfil and exceed their potential.

Our Respite & mentoring service caters for all types of young people. From disabilities with verbal & non-verbal. However, We at PAT have often been referred YP's in danger of going down a life of crime to steer them away or young people who are on the borderline of being involved in gang activity. As well as young people in the criminal justice system who need help with a redirection in life or YP's Being at risk of permanent exclusion or being NEET We also offer family support to whoever is affected by crime and gang activity from young offenders. We have also started our rehabilitation program in which young people in colleges can be delivered separately in school or ex-offenders who will be able to gain Construction, Plastering, and Brickwork qualifications after we have delivered our program to them. Whilst being mentored by relatable figures in our community.

We also have PAT PROJECT COMMUNITY a CIC that we will be looking to run events for young people in the community and their parents, we target Mother and baby groups or Mothers who need to be part of a community in aid for the village to raise the young people in the borough.
