Ultimate Counselling is a user-led and not-for-profit organisation based in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. We provide community based mental health and outreach support services to the immigrant community. We also operate an immigrant support service in Dagenham Learning Centre (Dagenham Library). Our holistic and culturally sensitive approach aims at improving service users’ mental health, welfare, economic wellbeing and community integration. We don’t believe in one-size fits all therefore, our interventions are tailored to meet specific needs of the service user.
