Training women who feels isolated and looking to learn New skills in hair and make. And also SEND/ parents with special needs children who find it difficult to take their children salon to do their hair.

We have collaborated with different mountain women group who support women with domestic violence. TLC Braiding & Beauty Therapy CIC is helping these women to have a career in hair dressing. Our workshop has become a therapy for many women to learn new skills and speak up to their fellow women, because problem shared is a problem solved.

There is going to be new projects, that is Train to Recruit. This project will help to reduce unemployment rate in Barking and Dagenham Community.
